Marketing Executive

Qualification: MBA (Marketing)


Should know 3 languages (Telugu, Hindi, English)

  • Responsible for generating the sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product launches.

  • Drive the entire sales cycle by identifying potential clients, developing client solutions, communicating these solutions and closing the deal.
  • Ensure generation of leads through calls / references.
  • Proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
  • Identify and develop relations with existing & new HNI/corporate clienteles.
  • To continuously track changing trends, customer requirements & feedback. Convey the same to the management.
  • Responsible for regular customer interaction for business enquiries & establishing relationship with them.
  • Must be smart, dynamic & go getter with an interest in real estate & sales.


Legal Manager

Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Should know 3 languages (Telugu, Hindi, English)

  • Provide legal advice on legal rights and obligations of corporations.
  • Research legislative issues or statues.
  • Review and edit regulatory documents.
  • Draft and review contracts such as leases, licenses, mergers, acquisitions, and more.


Admin Executive

Qualification: Any Graduation

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Qualification: Any Graduation

  • Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
  • Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.

Sales Coordinator

Qualification: Any Graduation

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
