- Graduate or post-graduate in law from a reputed university or Law School with about 3 to 5 years’ experience.
- Should have good knowledge in the Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, Real Estate laws like RERA
- Should have skills of draft & vet commercial documents, LOI, Agreement to Lease, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, etc. and must be capable of customizing standard agreements & other document templates in terms of negotiations.
- Support Business Development / Marketing teams in legal negotiations and provide transactional support to the business by timely preparation, negotiation & execution of contracts.
- Legal advisory support to the business in handling operational & compliance issues.
